BioHi, my name is Gila and I am the proud mum of two beautiful and talented daughters, currently living in Hawaii, where my heart longs to be as well (actually, my body too, come to think of it). I am known to a select circle for my generous offerings of edible goodies (specifically chocolates, brownies and good-ol-down-home-cooking) to whoevercomes to my home. I also love to ballroom dance and sing (shower, car and church), sometimes while I am cooking or cleaning. When it comes to my social work profession, I am all about empowering others to achieve a better life. Finally, I have come to believe that God wants me to take my own teachings to heart and ease up on myself.
